
Terms & Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products and services provided by Simply Safety Decals ("Company," "we," "us,"or "our"). By placing an order, submitting a purchase order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Use and Responsibility
The Company supplies safety labels, decals, and signage products. The Customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended use and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
The Customer is responsible for verifying artwork, translations, symbols, measurements, specifications, and placement prior to approval. Compliance with ANSI, ISO, CSA, OSHA, or other standards remains the responsibility of the Customer.
2. No Professional Advice
The Company does not provide legal, engineering, or regulatory advice. Customers are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding safety compliance and product liability obligations.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
All products and services are provided on an "as provided" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No guarantee is made regarding specific results or performance lifespan.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or regulatory penalties.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
5. Order Approval
Customer approval of proofs and specifications constitutes final acceptance. The Company is not responsible for errors identified after approval.
6. Refunds and Returns
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun. Non-custom products may be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer unless due to Company error.
Damage claims must be submitted to the carrier within 7 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Shipping Policy
Most standard orders ship within 48 business hours after receipt of a valid Purchase Order (if applicable) and cleared payment.
If shipment will exceed 48 business hours, the Customer will be notified via email with an updated shipping date. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
Custom orders require additional time for design, translation, approval, and production. Estimated timelines will be communicated at order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments.
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
